Payment Settings
BusyBook uses a single payment processor for all transactions — card payments at checkout, saved cards on file, and online payments. The Payment Settings page is where you connect your account and configure checkout behavior.
Connecting Your Payment Processor
Section titled “Connecting Your Payment Processor”- Go to Settings > Payment Settings (under Billing)
- Click Connect or Start Setup
- You’ll be guided through a secure onboarding flow to create your payment account
- Provide your business details, bank account, and identity verification
- Setup takes about 5–10 minutes
Once connected, you’ll see a Connected status with a green indicator. If additional information is needed, the status will show Action Required — click Complete Setup to finish.

- Or click Sync All to register all locations at once
Locations need a complete address (street, city, state, ZIP) before they can be synced. Add missing addresses from Business Profile.
